Kanematsu Communications Limited cancelled the acquisition of an additional 13.83% stake in Alpha Group Inc.

Alpha Group Inc. is primarily engaged in agency business providing integrated service from market development and test marketing to sales. The Company operates in three business segment. The Mobile business segment is engaged in the sales of mobile communication terminals and the contraction of application for communication services, and sales of smart phone accessories. The Office Supply business segment arranges mail-order sales of office supplies to final customers. The Environmental Merchandise business segment is engaged in the provision of services for home water delivery services, development operation and management of power generation facilities, as well as sales and rental of light emitting diode (LED) lighting equipment.
