Amended investment guidelines

Pursuant to article 76 of the Listing Rules of SIX Swiss Exchange, ALTIN AG informs as follows: The Board of Directors of ALTIN AG and the directors of ALTIN (CAYMAN) LTD. have decided to amend the investment guidelines. The amended investment guidelines increase the flexibility of the respective body in its investment decisions.

The amended investment guidelines will enter into force immediately and can be viewed on the ALTIN AG website at the following link.

Termination of the investment advisory agreement

Following the amendment of the investment guidelines, the Investment Management Agreement (dated: 1 May 2002, amended: 8 May 2008) between Alternative Asset Advisors S.A. and ALTIN (CAYMAN) LTD. is being terminated by mutual agreement, effective as of 30 October 2016.

Disclosure of majority participation by Alpine Select

In accordance with article 120 of the Financial Market Infrastructure Act (FMIA) the Board of Directors of ALTIN AG (SIX: ALTN) was informed that Alpine Select AG and Absolute Invest AG (collectively referred to as 'Alpine Group') disclosed a majority participation in ALTIN. According to their disclosure dated 4 October 2016, their combined holdings in ALTIN AG amounts to 2,358,409 shares, equaling 68.37% of the total share capital and voting rights of ALTIN AG.
