Subject: Redemption of own shares of the Company in the National Depository of Securities

With reference to the current report no. 22/2017 of 17 May 2017 Altus Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (hereinafter the "Company") informs about the resolution no. 364/17 made by the Management Board of the National Depository of Securities (KDPW) on 8 June 2017 on the basis of which the Management Board of KDPW accepted the notification made by the Company, taking into account the redemption of 13,410,000 (thirteen million four hundred and ten thousand) bearer shares made according to art. 360 § 1 of the Polish Code of Commercial Companies and Partnerships, on 14 June 2017 there are 38,020,000 (thirty eight million twenty thousand) bearer shares marked with the code PLATTFI00018.
