Subject: Information about the termination of the investment portfolio management agreement, which the subsidiary was a party to the Issuer

Contents of the Report:
ALTUS Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A (hereinafter the "Company" or "ALTUS TFI") informs that today the subsidiary Company of ALTUS TFI i.e. Rockbridge Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A informed about receiving a notification about a notice of termination of an investment portfolio management agreement of 30 September 2009 by Norges Bank Investment Management (hereinafter the Agreement).
On the basis of the agreement ALTUS TFI's subsidiary company managed net asset value worth USD 369 887 626. (as of 31 August 2018). In accordance with the submitted notification, the termination of the Agreement is effective as of the end of 3 September 2018.
