Alumil Rom Industry SA is a Romania-based company primarily engaged in the wholesale of aluminum profiles. The Company is active in the import and trade of aluminum profiles, accessories for aluminum joinery, aluminum composite panels, polycarbonate sheets, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) profiles, PVC fittings, interior doors, door systems and photovoltaic systems, as well as various machine tools, including cutting-off, crimping and milling types. Additionally, the Company is active in the powder coating of purchased aluminum profiles. The Company is a part of the Alumil Group. As of December 31, 2011, the Company wholly owned Alumil Extrusion SRL.
