Artrate Co., Ltd. entered into an agreement to acquire 25% stake in XICO, Inc. from amana inc. for ¥12 million.

amana inc. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the visual communication business. The visual communication business is engaged in the planning and production of visual image content, such as still images, computer generated (CG), moving pictures, television commercial messages (TVCM), websites and applications for smart devices for advertising industry and general companies. In addition, it also engages in consignment sales of photographs and illustrations entrusted by copyright holders such as contract photographers and illustrators, as well as sales of creative materials such as videos and fonts.
