American Midstream Partners, LP Enters into a Material Definitive Agreement with ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC

As of March 17, 2019, ArcLight Energy Partners Fund V, L.P., a fund managed by ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC entered into a definitive agreement and plan of merger with American Midstream Partners, LP. Upon the closing of the merger, the Company will be a wholly owned subsidiary of ArcLight and the Company’s common units will cease to be publicly traded.
