AMMO, Inc. announced that on April 30, 2021, in connection with the Merger with SpeedLight Group I, LLC, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Mr. Urvan as a member of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Urvan also became an employee of the company upon the closing of the Merger.
