Andatee China Marine Fuel Services Corporation (Andatee) operates its business through its subsidiaries. The Company’s subsidiaries include Hong Kong subsidiary, Goodwill Rich, Fusheng, Fusheng’s variable interest entity (VIE) and Dalian Xingyuan.
