Pursuant to Regulation 30 (2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Fifth meeting of the Committee of Creditors of the Corporate Debtor was duly convened and conducted on Wednesday August 17, 2022 at 2:30 P.M. through audio-visual means, in accordance with Regulation 18 and 19 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, Regulations, 2016.
At the aforesaid meeting the Resolution Professional of the Company appraised the Committee of Creditors, inter alia, about the status of claims verification, various aspects relating to the CIRP and the way forward in terms of activities/milestones as stipulated under the Code.

The Company is a subsidiary of Sagar Cements Limited.
