Andhra Cements Limited announced a private placement to issue 87,563,533 shares at an issue price of INR 36.80 for the gross proceeds of INR 3,222,338,014.4 on March 23, 2023. The shares are issued at premium INR 36.80 (INR 10+ INR 26.80 premium) The transaction will include participation from returning investor Sagar Cements Limited. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company.
