Anglo American Platinum Limited is the world's largest producer of platinum. Gross sales break down by family of products as follows:
- rhodium (43.8%): 0.3 million ounces produced;
- palladium (26.8%): 1.6 million ounces produced in 2019;
- platinum (17.9%): 2.4 million ounces produced;
- nickel (2.8%): 22.3 Kt produced;
- other (8.7%): particularly copper (14.6 Kt) and gold.
At the end of 2021, the group operates 13 mines located in South Africa (12) and in Zimbabwe.
