Luoyang Desheng Textile Technology Co., Ltd. Signed the contract to acquire 16.7% stake in Desheng Textile Dye&Print(Anqing)Co.,Ltd. from Anhui Huamao Textile Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000850) for CNY 23.5 million on August 18, 2021. Consideration shall be payable within five working days from the effective date of contract. The Board of Directors of Anhui Huamao Textile Co., Ltd. has approved the transaction.
Luoyang Desheng Textile Technology Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of 16.7% stake in Desheng Textile Dye&Print(Anqing)Co.,Ltd. from Anhui Huamao Textile Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000850) on September 2, 2021. Luoyang Desheng has received all the equity transfer money.
