(Hong Kong, 4 November 2013) ANTA Sports Products Limited ("ANTA Sports" or the "Company", stock code: 2020), a leading branded sportswear enterprise in China, is pleased to announce that it has been named "Best China Brand 2013" for the fourth consecutive year by the leading brand consultancy Interbrand. According to the ranking, ANTA, with a brand value of RMB7.037 billion, has been ranked 24th in terms of brand value, once again leading its peers to remain the most valuable sportswear brand in China. This not only highlights ANTA's brand strengths and competitive edges, but also reflects the public's recognition and praise of ANTA and its products.

This year is the sixth year in which Interbrand has announced the Best China Brands, one of the most recognised brand equity ranking charts in China, which is an indicator of the brand equity development of various industries in China, as well as an important source of reference for various brands to study their own brand equity development. Over the past few years, ANTA Sports has strengthened its brand equity by means of sponsoring star athletes,, professional competitions and sporting teams. ANTA's unique brand image as the "representative of China's sports essence" has taken root yet further through cooperation with the Chinese Olympic Committee ("COC") for two consecutive Olympic cycles along with a series of spectacular marketing campaigns. Earlier this year, ANTA Sports has also ranked first in China in terms of market share in travel and sports footwear for 12 consecutive years, which is not only an evidence of recognition from the market and consumers of ANTA's branding strategies and highly differentiated products, but is also a shot in the arm for the Company's mass market-oriented branding strategy.

Apart from continuously consolidating its brand equity and brand recognition, ANTA Sports also proactively engages in corporate social responsibility with a long-time emphasis on sports charities, particularly the development of sports industry and the popularisation of sports in schools in China. In January 2013, ANTA Sports joined hands with the COC, the Champion Fund and the Juan Antonio Samaranch Foundation to establish the "Olympic Charity Collaboration Alliance". The Company then initiated the first "Sport-all for All" charity project in April to donate RMB20 million worth of sportswear to around 200 schools in over 31 provinces and municipalities. This month, ANTA Sports acted again and worked with the COC and the China Football Association to hold the "Bringing Elite Football Coaches to Schools-Charity Services by Olympic Athletes" cum "ANTA and Sport-All for All" charity project in Ya'an, Sichuan Province.

This event is not only a part of "Charity Services by Olympic Athletes" of the COC, but is yet another on-site activity of the "Sport-All for All" charity project organised by ANTA Sports which brings joy to children to remote areas of China by sharing the Olympic spirit and joy of sports through charitable donations and volunteer service by Olympic champions. Mr. Ding Shizhong, Chairman and CEO of ANTA Sports, personally participated in the activity, visiting Anshunchang Bayi Elementary School in Shimian County, Ya'an city, together with representatives from the COC and the China Football Association, as well as Chinese Olympic champions and coaches, played sports with the children and donated ANTA sportswear with a total value of RMB 600,000 to two local schools. In addition, as 2013 marks the 60th anniversary of Beijing Sport University, ANTA Sports specially manufactured a series of sportswear as a gift to the prestigious national sports institution, which has nurtured numerous outstanding athletes, to promote the development of sports and physical education in China.

Mr. Ding Shizhong, Chairman and CEO of ANTA Sports, said, "Despite fierce competition in the sportswear industry, ANTA Sports upheld the 'Keep Moving' brand philosophy and continued to strengthen its innovative capabilities and to enhance its brand and product differentiation in order to further cement our leading position in the industry as well as to maintain our competitive edges in sustainable development. Meanwhile, as the leader of the Chinese sportswear industry and a member of the 'Olympic Charity Collaboration Alliance', we will continue to make contributions to sports development in China. We hope that through the 'Sport-All for All' charity project, we can promote the Olympic spirit to the grassroots, and that children can be inspired by the Olympic champions to enjoy sports and to fulfill their dreams of sports by competing in professional ANTA sportswear."
