On June 10, 2016, Seth Ingram resigned as a member of the board of directors of the AppSoft Technologies, Inc. Mr. Ingram's resignation was for personal reasons and not a result of a disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company's operations, policies or practices.

It markets, sells and distributes its games through Appleâs App Store, a direct-to-consumer digital storefront. It owns a portfolio comprising over 200 Apps titles, including games designed to appeal to a broad spectrum of consumers. Consumers download its Apps through the Apple App Store.
