Artisanal Brands, Inc. announced that it has signed a marketing agreement with Debragga & Spitler. The company is also embarking on a new national web-based ordering program with Sysco's Chef Ex program -- a service that makes premium food products available to over 4 million chefs nationally. Artisanal will sell portion-controlled, pre-selected collections of cheeses to simplify ordering time for banquet and menu offerings and reduce waste in the increasingly cost-sensitive foodservice business.

The company is also increasing the expansion of online wine retailers utilizing the Artisanal CheeseClock pairing system.
