Arundel AG Reports Earnings Results for the Half Year Ended June 30, 2022

Arundel AG is a Switzerland-based company engaged in the provision of investment banking services. The Company operates through three segments: Investments in Government Tenanted Property which is involved in acquisition, operation, and lease of office properties in Germany. Investments in Development Land Segment comprises acres of land in India which is intended for residential development. Investment Advisory Division, through the Company’s subsidiaries, offers investment management and advisory services to family offices and fund managers. Arundel also advises on the formation, restructuring, management, and administration of investment funds, with focus on investment in Europe, the United States and India. The Company's investment banking services include private placements of equity, debt and convertible securities for public and private issuers, merger and acquisition and other corporate finance advice, as well as development and placement of structured finance products.
