Asia Precision Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based holding company, which is primarily engaged in the investment in other companies. The Company operates in three business streams: engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) business, raw water distribution business and digital asset business operates on the bitcoin mining business. It is engaged in the business of design, engineering, consultation, construction, maintenance, and sale of construction related equipment, for various power plant projects such as renewable power plants, power sub-stations, and raw water distributing facilities, both domestically and internationally. The Company, through its subsidiary A2 Technologies Co., Ltd., has invested in Cholkij Sakol Co., Ltd. (CK), which is engaged in the distribution of raw water business. CK has a total of five raw water reservoirs, which are located in Chonburi province with a combined volume capacity of approximately 18 million cubic meters.
