Asia Siyaka Commodities PLC is a Sri Lanka-based holding company. The Company carries on the business of tea brokers, produce brokers, auctioneers, appraisers, valuers, commission agents and general agents. It is also engaged in the warehousing business and acts as an intermediary in rubber and several other non-traditional commodities. Its segments include Commodity Brokering and Warehousing. It acts as a market intermediary for a range of non-traditional crops, including desiccated coconut, palm oil and spices. The Company offers a range of services, such as factory design, systems and processes, planning, sourcing technology, management planning, product development, logistics and energy conservation, and management. The Company's subsidiaries include Asia Siyaka Warehousing (Pvt) Ltd and Siyaka Produce Brokers (Pvt) Ltd.
