ASX RELEASE- CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Asian American Medical Group (ASX: AJJ) ("AAMG" or the "Company") advises that the Company has received approval from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ("ASIC") to change its auditors.

Accordingly, the Company has now accepted the resignation of Grant Thornton Audit Pty Ltd ("Grant Thornton") and the consent of BDO Audit (SA) Pty Ltd ("BDO") to its appointment as AAMG's auditor.

The Board's decision to change auditors was made following the consultative process. The Board chose BDO on the basis of their reputation and experience.

In accordance with section 327C of the Corporations Act 2001, a resolution will be placed at the 2019 Annual General Meeting to ratify the appointment of BDO as the Company's auditor.

The Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank Grant Thornton for their past assistance and professional services to the Company.
