Tesserent Academy Pty Ltd agreed to aqcuire Asia Pacific training business of ALC Group from Asian American Medical Group Limited (ASX:AJJ) for AUD 5.8 million on February 2, 2023. The transaction provides Tesserent Academy with immediate access to substantial resources and access to new opportunities that will allow Tesserent Academy to continue strong growth in the key Cyber Security training market. The sale is expected to complete in March 2023.
