ASX RELEASE - RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR - PETER HURLEY

The Board of Directors ("the Board") of Asian American Medical Group Limited ("AAMG" or "the Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Peter Hurley with effect from 16 November 2021.

The Directors would like to thank Mr Hurley, who has stepped down to focus on his other business commitments, for his past contributions. The Board wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
