a.s.r. publishes annual report and climate and biodiversity report 2023

ASR Nederland N.V. (a.s.r.) publishes its integrated annual report and the 2023 climate and biodiversity report today. The annual report covers both a.s.r.'s financial and non-financial performance in 2023. a.s.r. also publishes a separate climate and biodiversity report. a.s.r. will present the new strategic financial and non-financial objectives for the period 2024-2026 during the Capital Markets Day on 27 June.

In addition to the annual report and climate and biodiversity report, a.s.r. is also publishing the Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR) for 2023 today.

Jos Baeten, CEO of a.s.r.: 'Today we present the first annual report in which we report on the consolidated financial results of a.s.r. and the former Aegon Netherlands. It was a special year because we welcomed more than 4000 colleagues to a.s.r., We made significant progress in completing the unit-linked insurance dossier and we reported on biodiversity for the first time. The steps that have been taken by colleagues in the past period have translated into strong results, and I look back on that with pride.'
