Its services include semiconductor manufacturing services, equipment contract manufacturing services (ECMS) and a services group. Semiconductor manufacturing services are mainly engaged in the provision of semiconductor chip handling and inspection services, as well as programming services. ECMS provides turnkey manufacturing, assembly and machining services for the semiconductor, medical, scientific and precision tooling industries.
