Astra Energy, Inc. agreed to Spin-Off Unknown stake in Regreen Technologies, Inc.

Astra Energy, Inc. is an integrated solutions provider investing in and developing clean and renewable energy projects in markets where demand is high, supply is limited and there is an opportunity to address other imminent market needs. The Company is an emerging company in the waste management industry and the electricity and power generation sectors with a focus on energy production from solar, waste conversion and clean burning fuels. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and development of technology in the waste-to-energy project sector. It has a portfolio of intellectual property and global licenses for renewable energy technology and generates projects to deploy that technology. Its projects include Zanzibar Clean and Renewable Energy Park (ZCREP), a 350 MW Power Plant and Hesperia. ZCREP is located on Unguja Island in the Zanzibar Archipelago. It develops and constructs a 350-megawatt (MW) combined cycle power plant in mainland Tanzania.
