Oct 16 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 index is seen opening higher on Monday, with futures up 0.35%.

* AstraZeneca: The combination of AstraZeneca's cancer drug, Tagrisso, with chemotherapy has been accepted and granted priority review by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the British drugmaker said on Monday.

* Blancco: Francisco Partners has declared an offer to take over Blancco Technology Group unconditional after securing about 75% of the company's share capital, it said in a statement.

* MANU: Ineos Chair Jim Ratcliffe would pay over $1.5 billion for a 25% stake in Manchester United Plc were his bid for the iconic soccer club to be accepted by the Glazer family that controls it, a person familiar with the matter said.

* CFOs: Finance executives at top British firms are their most wary about borrowing than at any time since at least 2007, according to a survey.

* HOME PRICE: Asking prices for homes in Britain have risen at their slowest pace for the time of year since 2008, property website Rightmove in a latest sign of how the climb in borrowing costs has slowed the housing market.

* OIL: Oil traded mostly flat after surging last week as investors wait to see if the Israel-Hamas conflict draws in other countries.

* GOLD: Gold slid, pressured by technical selling, following a fierce 3% rally in the previous session as raging Israel-Hamas war sent investors scuttling to the safe-haven bullion.

* METALS: Copper prices opened higher this week, supported by resilient demand in China amid signs of a stabilizing economy, although rising inventories and dollar strength capped gains.
