STOCKHOLM--Atlas Copco acquired Delta Temp, a Belgian company that provides specialty rental solutions for industrial cooling applications.

The Swedish industrial tool maker said Thursday that Delta Temp has around 20 employees and has a presence in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.

It recorded revenue of around 100 million Swedish kronor ($9.4 million) in 2023.

Atlas Copco has also acquired the vacuum-related assets and brand of Mexican company Montajes Electromecanicos e Ingenieria.

The company provides vacuum pumps and related services to industrial customers in Mexico and has around 45 employees.

The purchase prices weren't disclosed for either acquisition.
