Atlas Corp. said Tuesday that its wholly owned subsidiary -Seaspan Corp. has requested to modify an amendment in relation to its bondholders meeting.

At 11:48 E.T., shares were down 0.2% at $15.32.

The global asset management company said Seaspan's request is linked to the group's senior unsecured bonds maturing in April 2026.

The bondholders' meeting will take place on Friday.

On Nov. 1, Atlas said it agreed to be acquired by Poseidon Acquisition Corp. in a $10.9 billion take-private deal.
