ATM Announces Board Changes

The supervisory board of the ATM adopted changes in the composition of the board. The number of members of the board was set at three. Dariusz Terlecki was dismissed as chairman and member of the board, and Jacek Krupya was dismissed as Vice-Chairman and member. Sylwester Biernacki was appointed the new chairman, Robert Zaklika will become Vice-Chairman from June 1, 2016 and Tomasz Galas was appointed as board member for finance from May 16, 2016.

ATM SA is a Poland-based information and communication technology (ICT) company. It provides telecommunications and value-added services for enterprises, telecommunications carriers and Internet portal operators, based on its own fiber networks and data centers. The Company operates through two business segments: Data Center Services and Telecommunications Services. The Data Center Services segment comprises collocation services and other services relating to data center infrastructure, such as leasing of dedicated servers, cloud computing services and backup office services. The Telecommunications Services segment includes broadband data transmission services, telecommunications connection leasing services, Internet access services and voice services, such as Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). The Company operates under the brand Atman.
