Auri Design Group, LLC announced a private placement of 5,385,804 common shares on February 14, 2011. The securities will be issued pursuant to Regulation D.
On November 18, 2011, the company announced that it will issue a maximum of 6,000,000 common shares to raise gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000 in the transaction.
