Aurora Property Buy-Write Income Trust Announces the Cessation of Betty Poon as Director

Aurora Property Buy-Write Income Trust is an Australia-based company that seeks to provide investors with capital growth and income through owning a portfolio of ASX-listed property securities, and actively selling call options over the portfolio. Approximately 80% of the securities held will be selected from listed Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust (A-REIT) securities that represent diversified exposure to the Australian listed property market. It provides a higher-than-average dividend yield over the medium term, including the influence of franking credits, and special dividends, and other financial restructuring. The Company also provides the scope for additional income generation by the Trust systematically writing over-the-counter call options on these securities.
