Aurum Resources Limited agreed to acquire Plusor Global Pty Ltd for AUD 3.8 million.

Aurum Resources Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration and development company. The Company holds gold and base metal focused projects from early-stage reconnaissance tomature area exploration projects located in Western Australia. The Company’s two gold projects are Ryan’s Find project, and Penny South Gold Project. The Ryans Find project covers the Watt Hill greenstone belt focused on base metals with little gold. The Ryan’s Find Project is located 100 kilometers (Km) northwest of Southern Cross focused on the nickel cobalt. The Penny South Gold Project is located immediately south of the Penny West and Penny North gold mines. The Company is also engaged in pursuing the grant of tenement applications ELA77/2520, ELA77/2535 and ELA16/551 with a gold focused soil sampling exploration program proposed.
