At its meeting on 28 April 2023, the Board of Directors in Austevoll Seafood ASA approved the final report and accounts for 2022. Final accounts and proposed dividend of NOK 5.50 per share (202,717,374 shares), totally NOK 1,114,945,557 are not altered from the preliminary figures which were published on 21 February 2023, ref. separate press release.
Shareholders' meeting is scheduled to Thursday 25 May 2023. Summoning, annual report and agenda with attachments will be published through Oslo Børs and www.auss.no. Summoning will also be sent by post.

endelig årsregnskap for år 2022. Endelig regnskap, herunder foreslått utbytte på NOK 5,50 per aksje (202.717.374 aksjer), totalt NOK 1.114.945.557 er i tråd med foreløpig rapport presentert den 21. februar 2023, jf. egen børsmelding.
Ordinær generalforsamling avholdes torsdag den 25. mai 2023. Innkalling, årsrapport og agenda med vedlegg vil bli distribuert via Oslo Børs og www.auss.no. Selve innkallingen vil også bli sendt i posten.
