Avangardco Investments Public Limited Announces Changes to Board of Directors

Avangardco Investment Public Limited is an agro industrial company. The Company is focused on the production of shell eggs and dry egg products. Its segments include shell eggs, which is engaged in the breeding of industrial laying hens, production and sale of shell eggs; poultry, which is engaged in the incubation (production and sale of baby chicks), breeding of young birds for sale, as well as sale of birds for slaughter; animal feed, which is engaged in the production and sale of feeds; egg products, which is engaged in the processing and sale of egg products, and other activities, which include sale of goods and services, sale of poultry meat and by-products, sale of plant production and sale of poultry manure. Its production facilities include around 32 poultry facilities (consisting of 19 egg laying farms, 10 farms for growing young laying hens and three breeder farms), six fodder mills, three long-term egg storage facilities and one plant for manufacture of egg products.
