Avangrid earned top marks in the categories of Employee Wellness and Training & Development and earned an overall score well above the energy industry average.

JUST Capital is an independent nonprofit that measures and ranks corporate performance to help companies improve how they serve all their stakeholders. The JUST Jobs Scorecard is their new data-driven interactive tool to help companies prioritize investments in their workers. It creates a standard by assessing job quality performance on 31 data points across six key topic areas: Benefits, Employee Wellness, Hiring & Stability, Training & Development, Wages & Compensation, and Workforce Composition. The goal is that the Scorecard will help corporate leaders benchmark themselves against peers and explore where they can take action to improve.
