Axiom Oil and Gas Corp. is an oil and gas exploration and development company. The Company develops oil and gas leases in Toole County, Montana. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development, production and exploration of oil and gas located in the continental United States. The Company has acquired approximately 15,000 gross acres (approximately 6,170 net acres) in Toole County, Montana containing approximately two drilled oil and gas wells, approximately two producing gas wells covered by approximately 40 square miles of three-dimensional (3D) seismic survey. The Company's projects include East Kevin Field Project. Its East Kevin Field vertical wells have averaged over 50,000 barrel of oil (BO) each and produces no water. The Kevin-Sunburst Dome, which is located in Toole County, northern Montana, lies along the eastern edge of the Southern Alberta Basin where billions of barrels of oil have been generated from the Bakken Shale.
