Azerion Group N.V. agreed to acquire 28.75% stake in Eniro Group AB (OM:ENRO) from SpectrumOne AB (OM:SPEONE) for approximately SEK 100 million.

Azerion Group N.V. (ENXTAM:AZRN) agreed to acquire 28.75% stake in Eniro Group AB (publ) (OM:ENRO) from SpectrumOne AB (publ) (OM:SPEONE) for approximately SEK 100 million on April 26, 2024. Simultaneously, B.O. Intressenter AB, the other main owner of Eniro, is selling 75,000,000 of its shares to Azerion. Both SpectrumOne and B.O. Intressenter AB will retain their remaining shareholdings in Eniro amounting to 86,862,265 and 83,219,766 shares, respectively.

The total purchase of SEK 103.5 million for the 115,000,000 Eniro shares will be paid as follows; SEK 28.5 million in cash and SEK 34,999,979 in shares in Azerion at a conversion rate of SEK 30.1514 per share ($2.75 per share) on Closing Date 1 and the remaining SEK 40 million on Closing Date.
