AzureWave Technologies, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 2,540.25 million compared to TWD 2,269.74 million a year ago. Revenue was TWD 2,541.82 million compared to TWD 2,270.92 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 111.41 million compared to TWD 11.79 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.73 compared to TWD 0.08 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.73.
For the six months, sales was TWD 4,616.41 million compared to TWD 4,564.14 million a year ago. Revenue was TWD 4,620.98 million compared to TWD 4,568.29 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 141.7 million compared to TWD 16.71 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.93 compared to TWD 0.11 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.93.
AzureWave Technologies, Inc. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research and development, production and distribution of wireless communication modules and digital image modules. Its wireless communication module products include wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi) products, Bluetooth products, global positioning system (GPS) and others. Its digital image module products include fixed focus modules, automatic focus module products and others. The Company also provides wireless network routers, wireless network sharing devices and wireless network cameras. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including Hong Kong, Mainland China and Europe.
