Badel 1862 dd is a Croatia-based company engaged in beverages industry, such as wine, spirits and soft drinks. Its brand portfolio is comprised of Badel Pelinkovac, Badel Lavov, Badel Stara Sljivovica, Vigor, Glembay, Zrinski, Nara, Inka, Vocko, Frikste, Bono and others. The Company also distributes soft drinks of such brands as Pepsi Cola, Mirinda, 7 Up. As of December 31, 2011, the Company formed a capital group, comprising six wholly owned subsidiaries, located in Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia.
