Baiyang Investment Group, Inc. (SZSE:002696) signed an agreement to acquire remaining 49% in Rongcheng Rixin Marine Biotechnology Co., Ltd. from Rongcheng Rixin Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. for CNY 43.9 million on September 30, 2019. In related deal, Baiyang Investment Group, Inc. signed an agreement to acquire 17.6% in Risheng Marine Resources Development Co., Ltd. and 20% in Guangxi Xianghe Shunyuan Ocean Fishing Co., Ltd. from Rongcheng Risheng Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. and Beijing Fusheng Hengyuan Investment Management Co., Ltd. The Board of Directors of Baiyang Investment Group, Inc. approved the deal.
