Bajaj Finserv Ltd. at its AGM to be held on July 27, 2023, proposed to declare a dividend of INR 0.8 per equity share of face value of INR 1.00 for the financial year ended 31 March 2023. Subject to the provisions of section 126 of the Act, dividend on equity shares, if declared, at the e-AGM, will be credited/dispatched on or about 28 July 2023 or 29 July 2023.
