Bancolombia S.A. Proposed for the payment of a dividend in respect of 509,704,584 common shares and 452,122,416 preferred shares, subscribed and paid as of December 31st 2023, in the aggregate amount of cop 3,536 per share, to be paid as follows: cop 884 per share per quarter on the following dates: April 1, July 2, October 1, 2024 and January 2, 2025. Beginning of ex dividend dates are: March 21, 2024, June 25, 2024, September 25, 2024. End of Ex dividend period: April 1, 2024, July 2, 2024, October 1, 2024.
