Meanwhile, Bank of Beijing Consumer Finance Company also signed the strategic cooperation agreement with Santander Consumer Finance. The total subscription amounts to 990 million Yuan at a premium of 1.8 times. As the global leading institution in consumer financing, Santander invested 306 million Yuan, holding 20% of the registered capital of Bank of Beijing Consumer Finance Company and become a strategic shareholder. After the capital increase, total registered capital of Bank of Beijing Consumer Finance Company reaches 850 million Yuan with paid-off capital as 1.29 billion Yuan.
