Bank Of Tianjin Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 1,000,000,000 in equity funding on March 14, 2017. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Bank of Tianjin for CNY 20,000,000, new investors Shenwu Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. for CNY 300,000,000, and other investors for CNY 680,000,000 to hold 51%, 15%, and 34% stake respectively in the company after the transaction. The registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 1,000,000,000 to CNY 2,000,000,000. The transaction was approved at the 22nd session of its 3rd directorate of Shenwu Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.
The company reported total assets of CNY 1,031,605,800, total liabilities of CNY 21,602,200, net assets of CNY 1,010,003,600, revenue of CNY 8,127,100, and net profit of CNY 10,003,600 for the year ended December 31, 2016.
