Shaanxi Surplus and others completed the acquisition of Toro Ventures Inc..

Shaanxi Surplus and others agreed to acquire Toro Ventures Inc. (OTCPK:TORO) on December 28, 2013. Post acquisition, Shaanxi Surplus is to change its name to Baying Ecological Holding Group. Baying will continue to integrate the remaining assets into Toro Ventures Inc. and facilitate transfer of Baying's senior management to the main Board of Toro Ventures Inc.
