Bearing Lithium Corp. Auditor Raises 'Going Concern' Doubt

Bearing Lithium Corp. is a Canada-based company, which is focused on exploration for precious and base metals in South America. The Company continues to focus on working with its partners to advance the pre-production lithium project in Chile. The Company's primary asset is a partial stake in a lithium and potassium exploration project, located approximately 170 kilometers northeast of Copiapo in the III Region of Atacama in northern Chile (Maricunga project). The Maricunga lithium brine project includes approximately 4,463 hectares of old code and new code tenements covering the central portion of the Maricunga Salar in northern Chile.
