Da Zhong Trading Group Holding Co, formerly as JJY Holding Group, formerly BeesFree Inc, is a development-stage company. The Company is focused on developing solutions for the global beekeeping community. The Company has developed a composite nutritional food supplement for honeybees, BeesVita Plus, it prevents the effects of colony collapse disorder (CCD). The Company has also developed the Beespenser, an automated external honey bee feeding system used to deliver BeesVita Plus. The Beespenser operates using batteries and is rechargeable by a small solar panel and is virtually maintenance free, requiring approximately 15 minutes of service time every month in order to provide BeesVita Plus from a minimum of 10 bee colonies and up to a maximum of 100 bee colonies.
