Shanghai Moding Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd announced that it will receive CNY 50,280,000 in an equity round of funding on March 26, 2021. The transaction will include participation from new investor Beijing Dynamic Power Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600405) for CNY 3,5196,000 for 70% stake in the company and returning investor Pan Yue and Liu Peirong for CNY 15,084,000. Post the closing of the transaction, Pan Yue and Liu Peirong, each will hold 15% stake in the company. The transaction was approved at the 19th meeting of the seventh board of directors of Beijing Dynamic Power Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600405).
Beijing Dynamic Power Co., LTD is a China-based company, principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of power supply products. The Company is also engaged in the high voltage transducers and comprehensive energy saving business, and new energy automobiles business. The Company mainly provides direct current (DC) power supply products and alternative current (AC) power supply products, including uninterrupted power supply products, communication power supply products and emergency power supply products. The Company also provides high voltage transducers, off-board charging products and vehicle powertrain assembly core components. The Company conducts its businesses within domestic market and to overseas markets.
