Bellzone Mining plc Appoints Kum Hon Tung as Acting Chief Executive Officer

Bellzone Mining plc (Bellzone) is involved in the exploration, operation and development of iron, copper and nickel licenses in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. The Company is party to a legally-ratified mining convention in Guinea, which governs its mining concession to explore and exploit the iron ore resources at Kalia in the Faranah region in the first instance, and any other mineral deposits within the concession area. It operates through four segments: Kalia segment, which represents exploration activities undertaken at Kalia Mine; Forecariah segment, which represents 50:50 joint venture between Bellzone and China International Fund Ltd to fund exploration and development of a mine and infrastructure; Sadeka segment, which represents exploration activities for nickel and copper in south-east Guinea, and Technical & Support Services segment, which represents funding, shared services, treasury and technical support delivered from Jersey, Perth and the Conakry office in Guinea.
