As President of Aphrodite's, Umer intends to make huge inroads into the company with several key strategic initiatives. He plans to release a wider product portfolio to appeal to different demographic groups, streamline operations with better processes and infrastructure, and improve the organizational structure. He also plans to add more verticals while optimizing the sales funnel and adding new platforms. Additionally, Umer intends to focus on customer retention and customer service.
